** Welcome to Deamspell Jewellery **

On my website you will find unique handcrafted one off pieces, small batches or made to order jewellery created in sterling silver, fine silver, brass, wood and natural gemstones, all crafted by me, Sophie in my workshop in North Cornwall.

Below you will find info on jewellery care and my policies where I hope you will find all the information you need for happy shopping.

~ Jewellery care ~

Silver will naturally tarnish over time when it is exposed to the air and perfumes and lotions on your skin. The best way to keep your jewellery looking good is to keep it in the box provided when not being worn. Having jewellery in the open, exposed to oxygen will speed up the tarnishing process. There are many ways to clean your silver at home. If you do a quick search on google you will find some good suggestions.

Most of my jewellery has been given a oxidised patina. To prevent the patina from fading keep away from water. 

~ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ~

I want my customers to be as happy as possible so if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase after receipt I am happy for you to exchange for something else available on the website or I will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Please contact me within one week of receipt. Item must be in original condition and returned before exchange or refund.

~ PAYMENT ~

I accept payment through Paypal or Stripe checkout using your credit/debit card. If you have any trouble checking out please get in touch. Item will not be sent until payment has cleared.

~ SHIPPING ~

Dreamspell Jewellery is a small, independent, one women business. I try my best to ship ready made pieces within 1-3 days excluding weekends. For made to order pieces this will take longer, usually 1-3 weeks. I will keep you up to date with progress messages.

All Dreamspell Jewellery is sent via Royal mail first class within the UK and standard International mail to the rest of the world. Although this way of posting keeps it cheap for the customer your order will NOT be insured and you will NOT be provided with a tracking number. Please note that Dreamspell accepts no responsibility should the item become lost in the mail.

If you would like to upgrade the shipping to Royal mail tracked and signed within the UK or International signed for the rest of the world please get in contact before purchasing and I will amend the cost. 

~ COMMISSIONS/ CUSTOM ORDERS~

I am very happy to evolve my ideas with others so if you have a concept or design of your own that you would like to see brought to life or if you would like one of my existing pieces with a personal twist, you are welcome to get in touch via my contact page.
